"This is probably one of the worst facilities I’ve gone to in the DC area in a very long time. I was assigned to this facility years ago and have been a patient here since (as a “default” primary care provider). The turnover rate for the staff, since I’ve been a patient here is ridiculous and it becomes hard to resume an adequate level of care when you have to constantly see new doctors. After Dr. Tali left, I have had the worst experience with Dr. Scion. I asked multiple times to be reassigned to Dr. Worku — before he stopped accepting new patients — even though I am an existing patient. The staff hardly ever answer the phone and when you visit this location they are often times rude and or unavailable at the front desk. I have avoided coming here for those reasons but was recently denied/refused care, for no good reason, when I asked for a referral to an OBGYN. The level of care that patients receive here is very poor."
