"My daughter had an appointment here to update her shot records for school... we had an appointment at 1... which is when they reopened after they had lunch... other customers who came in after me, still got in before I did which made me absolutely furious. I literally had the first available appointment in the second half of the day, and yet other patients were getting seen AFTER us. We had to wait 2 hours before finally being seen. However, the nurse who saw us was so friendly and polite. Normally, it would take a staff to help me hold down my teenager to get a shot and the experience is very traumatic. But she was able to calm her down and get 3 shots done within 10 seconds or less and we were done very quickly once we were seen. It's a bit of a hassle to go back to the main check in office to pay before going back to your clinic for your documents, but we managed to get it done and I'm thankful that the pricing is lower due to my income, as it would've been probably 20x this cost if I went to a doctor that I couldnt afford."
