"How about I had to go through hell and high water for a universal referral that I still have YET to receive. I asked Dr. Dina for one prior to leaving my appointment. She declined and stated that Washington radiology gets their patients in pretty quick. Cool, no objections. However the next day I learn that Washington radiology doesn't accept my insurance. No problem. I call back for a referral and got the run around and the receptionist has the nerve to tell me that I'm fine(as in I don't have a serious illness) all because I kept questioning when will I get an updated referral. That's never the receptionist place nor the doctor to tell a patient that without actually knowing. Moving forward, I made an appointment with another radiologist and was happy that they accepted the first referral. My major issue is that NOBODY, especially Dr. Dina has called to speak to me about my results. No follow up call or anything. Just pure trifling. Thankfully I was able to get a telehealth visit with my primary in a timely manner and will be starting TX etc soon. I have only been there once and will try my hardest not to have to return, especially with the same doctor. My husband had the same issue regarding his referral although his physician, Dr. Ahmad, was way more responsive than mine. That young lady at the front did a trashy job with patient care. I have 9 years of medical/dental office and that was definitely not right. The MA was very nice and professional. The office was clean as well. The start was good but the fact that my results came back with news that I needed to know and no one has yet to contact me to this very day is a problem. I Definitely feel neglected."
"Terrible experience. First I came in for my appointment at 8am only to find that the staff were all locked out of the office because there was no key. I had to reschedule my appointment for 5pm, which required me to leave work early. Then when I got to the office for the rescheduled appointment, I waited outside (in the cold) for over 10 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. I finally had to call someone to let me in. Then I waited over an hour for my appointment. During the time I was waiting they took in three different walk-ins appointments. I finally had to leave without ever getting seen by my doctor because I was going to miss another appointment. I won’t be coming back here."
"After scheduling appointment online but unable to complete the registration we were told on arrival we HAD to do it on-line. Their form would not accept our entry. We re-tried for 15 minutes then we’re told we might not be able to see doctor because it was past 15 minute window. We’re told they couldn’t complete registration for us. No supervisor on-site, I’d have to contact by EMAIL. Then told reception could fill it out, but we’d have to repeat it anyway. Then told they could complete it for us this time. This company has serious patient management issues. Still waiting to see doctor."
"I appreciate AllCare for the ease and simplicity of it’s practice. Easy to get appointments and great portal access. They shuffle doctors around which is fine if you don’t mind variety. They’ve managed to recently hire a really great clinician. Dr. Wallace, thank you for your incredibly kind and compassionate care!"
"Website says they accept walk-ins. Arrived in person and was told that they cannot accept walk-ins today because they are prioritizing appointments. My sick friend and I have been standing outside their clinic calling other clinics and trying to get an appointment. But would you look at their waiting room all this time. Seem so busy to me! They should change their sign to “No doctors. No patients!”"
