You’re supposed to check a persons back and everything she didn’t do nothing. Doctor act like she don’t know nothing . "This is my second time here. I haven’t had a bad experience but not a great one either. The front desk staff are very, very unprofessional. I walked in and was only greeted by security. I had to ask the staff that was sitting behind the windows talking and eating, “should I just sign in and take a seat?” No one answered but the security guard! I’m typing this from the lobby as I wasn’t seen yet but the Dr I met with the last time was pretty good! I just wish folks would take their jobs more seriously and have better communication skills and be more professional!"
"Wednesday, I had the most embarrassing belittling experience at the Unity Healthcare Center this afternoon. They are very unprofessional they violated HIPPA Law as well. I did file a complaint in regards to how they interacted with the patients while I sat there including myself. I left after I requested my paperwork back from the young lady with the red dreadlocks in her hair at the front desk I will refer back to her shortly. Mind you today is the second appointment I have attempted to have an appointment with the Dr. Brandi Jones. The first was scheduled in April for 5-23-23 which was rescheduled from 5-23-23 until Wednesday. On 5-23-23 arrived I found out Dr. Jones patients were reschedule except no one called me to tell me I was given the paperwork and told to com back Wednesday. Fast forward to this pass Wednesday, I arrived at 2pm for my 2:20pm the receptionist looks at me and states oh I don't know if she is going to see you when she calls me up to the desk. I'm confused, I ask why she says because you are not a Unity patient. I state okay I called and was told she is taking new patients I'm confused. She proceeded to say let her check she never checked or called anyone. I was on the first row watching the entire hour I sat there. She then proceeds to whisper and giggle with an older fair skin lady. She was busy being unprofessional giggling and not calling anyone while she lied the entire time I sat there. I sat there as they called patient after patient until 3:15 now I'm livid. I get up and I say give me my paperwork back if she wasn't excepting new patients why didn't they say that when received the appointment in April when the appointment was made. I have wasted two sick days trying to get help for my medical condition which have been causing me serious issues. She asked do I want her supervisor I say for what? Then another person is over there mumbling you cant take her stuff out the system she needs to call someone give her the number. I took the number and left she did not give me the third paper I completed."
