"I love it there every time I come in. I am greeted politely. I am never there for a long period of time waiting for a doctor and they always solve my problems. I am so grateful that they’re up the street which is convenient and they were very kind. I had once went in there because I had copper tunnel issues, and they gifted me with two hand brace for free. I love it there."

"Doctor told me she had to fax over my prescription cause they system was down got to the cvs and they never received it. I called to correct this, they never answers the phone!"

"The front desk staff is horrible. Bad attitudes and lack of attention to detail. I visited and was skipped over for people coming in after me. Then, after "not realizing" she skipped over me........tells me the "system is down" and she just assumed I had medicare and not commercial insurance. After that bad exchange, she then told me I could leave and go somewhere else. Awful."

"This is the quickest I've been seen at an urgent care- I'm impressed. 1 hour wait, of which was set as expectation during sign in. Receptionist said I'd be in before 8pm and I was! I also appreciated them doing multiple tests rather than diagnose incorrectly based off of symptoms (as other UC's have). Nurse Practioners answered questions & were very kind. Worth the drive from Dupont Circle."

"I have such a nice experience with the staff and providers at this place that I have to write a review. The receptionist, whose name is Ty (maybe wrong spelling), is one of the most friendly and capable people I have ever met. She is a phenomenal communicator. The wait time at the clinic was a little bit long, but she kept me informed about what was going on all the time. She spent time listening to my concerns patiently. There were some problems with my pharmacy (my pharmacy's fault, so I am going to leave a bad review on them). I usually do not leave reviews unless the experience is too negative or positive. I called Ty at least three times for a mistake she didn't make (the pharmacy is very irresponsible). Ty patiently sent in my prescriptions to another pharmacy that is way better. She also called me back to update me about the status of her call to the pharmacy. Ty is professional, lovely, and good at what she's doing. She absolutely goes above and beyond to care for the patients. The doctor was also attentive. Dr. Williams was quick but thorough at diagnosing and prescribing. She also cared about me and wanted continuance of care for me. She referred me to a primacy care physician for me to manage my pain and gave me detailed information about that provider. I called to schedule an appointment with the primary and they are very responsive and professional as well, which proves Dr. Williams's recommendation to be very good. Objectively the wait time is a bit too long. But it's not on the staff or the doctors. The clinic owner/management needs to hire more people so it's not understaffed and overworking its current employees. I sincerely wish Ty and Dr. Williams the best!"
