"The clinic should be offbase at TISCOM. It is extremely difficult to get parking as a patient, it is understaffed, and they constantly have O5s and O6s walk in demanding appointment slots. If it was at TISCOM, it would solve almost all of their issues, and they could quickly send patients emergently to Belvoir if there was a medical emergency. Put the main clinic at TISCOM, and place 2 IDHS providers in a "satellite clinic" at HQ to triage and treat minor issues (ie common cold, vomiting)."

God forbid you're sick at work, you're stuck because they have no flexibility to squeeze anyone in regardless of how sick they are. They will recommend you drive sick from work to see someone else that takes a minimum of 20 mins driving in the DC area. It's disappointing that a Headquarters clinic is not top notch. Go figure."
