"Edit: the referrals Dr devaraj never set up I had to do myself after fighting to get ahold of records she tried to restrict access to. Turns out I had a tumor this entire time. If Dr devaraj had done her job I could have had surgery by now. I've gone this entire time without pain management and I literally have a tumor inside of me that you should have known about. Instead you treated me like a drug seeker. I saw Dr Abbott to follow up after Dr devaraj hurt me. Dr Abbott didn't do anything except try to hide the fact that I walked out of an appointment with Dr devaraj literally bleeding. Edit: hey looks like my records have the wrong gender. So now I can't get my insurance to cover my appointments or get my records sent elsewhere because they're wrong and it's causing a delay in care. Still waiting to hear back from a manager. My PCP Dr. Devaraj booked follow up appointments without my consent. She also refused to provide referrals that were within my ability to schedule or send medical records. She also refused to confirm medications I needed to fill, or order necessary imaging prior to my follow up appointment. I now have to start over from scratch with a new PCP. Still waiting to hear from a manager."
"Ive lived in 6+ major US cities and each one has an LGBTQ clinic. This one is the worst in the country. Lack of access, ridiculous communications hurdles, terrible online portal, bad locations, and a leadership staff that treats people as numbers as they sit on high horses as "heros." Truly disappointing. Frontline staff are obviously overwhelmed and trying their best. Who is making all the money at this org? Pay your staff better, shift your leadership OUT. Gets 1 star for being trans inclusive and having a decent doctor, when you can get 15 seconds with them."
"The new building is great, big, bright, and airy with easy access by metro or car. Much closer to the metro and more parking than the 14th street location. Deducting one star because I've had many issues with scheduling and IT, but the doctors and staff you actually interact with are wonderful."
"This is a review for Dr. Oli solely, whom I saw here as well as at their 14th St NW location back in 2019. At the time I ended up without a job for the first time but had a condition that needed to be monitored closely by an OBGYN, and I was able to get service here. I went to see Dr. Oli (her actual last time is much more complicated) and I remember that I never felt so heard by any doctor before. I went to see her 2-3 times for different issues and she was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, which I usually have a lot of due to my scientific background.. I now live in New England and to this day I think she is the best physician I've ever seen. I dearly hope Dr. Oli is recognised for her competence and professionalism by Whiteman-Walker"
"They canceled my appointment 3 times after them asking me if I am available that day. I usually am but they should be asking the doctor if he is available. I understand it's Christmas but you should not schedule people on days if you are leaving for a week."
