Reviews of AllCare Primary & Immediate Care
"I typically only write reviews when I have a good experience but I felt like my two visits at AllCare warrant a review to warn others about how poor the experience with the Drs can be. I saw Dr. Sona Aloyan and Vahe Zakaryan, PA. Both of them were dismissive and rude. The only thing this place is good for is getting your blood work done but you are better off going to a different Dr to go over your lab results. During my appointment, Sona was clearly in a rush and cut me off several times to try to end the appointment so she could go to a teledoc appointment. I think I saw her for a total of 7 min max and it was painful to even get those 7 min of her attention. After the appointment, Sona messaged me on the portal about a single high test result but did not address the other two values that were high. When I messaged her on the portal about it she never responded. I made a follow up with Vahe who had a less busy schedule, but somehow he was still late to my teledoc appointment and basically told me all of my high test results, that were flagged by the lab, were "clinically insignificant" and rushed me off the phone. By far my worst Dr experience....which is saying something because I am a woman who goes to the gyno annually. I will say the nurse and receptionist were great to work with so I am grateful to have the smallest positive experience."
"Location is great, the staff is nice, and things were running on time. However, the doctor I saw was dismissive, didn't listen to my concerns or offer his perspective on my issue, and asked what course of treatment I thought was most appropriate. He chose my uneducated, uninformed opinion as the treatment plan. When I got my prescription, the pharmacist recommended I not take it and that I seek a second opinion, because she found it inappropriate for my medical issue. Unfortunately, I recommend going to other facilities before this one."
"Dr. Udemgba is fantastic! I hope we can have her as our family primary physician for a long time to come. My daughters love her! Her bedside manner is the best! Her knowledge is profound, and her diagnostic judgment is excellent. on top of that she has a sense of customer service that makes all the insurance bureaucracy and inefficiency more manageable. Thank you!"
"terrible service. i've had three appointments, and every time they made me wait between 30 minute and an hour, making me late for work. that's both virtual and in-person appointments. they barely answer the phone and take days to respond to any messages you post on the portal. it's practically impossible to speak to a doctor or nurse and receptionists are not helpful at all. please do not waste your time here. they are not serious about your health care needs. look elsewhere."
"While the location and hours are super convenient, the experience is really hit or miss. Some doctors are kind (Dr. Nikki Harris is a fave for a reason), but some really do not have bedside manner and ask questions like you’ve done something wrong, when you’re just trying to get care. I agree with other reviewers who say this may be better as an urgent care clinic rather than a primary care office, but given the hour+ wait times I’ve experienced when told to “drop in” for lab work, I’m not sure how urgent of care you should expect. I’m lucky I was able to take the whole day off work! I should also note for folks seeking LGBT+ health support, your mileage may vary. Despite the half-hearted pride flag hanging onto the window in the waiting room, this isn’t a place that demonstrates much sensitivity around trans health care (lots of gendered language, even from the friendliest doctors) so fair warning if that’s something important to you."
