"I've had two too-notch urgent care visits to this clinic, which I went to first when I couldn't get into my regular urgent care place on a Sunday. I had to do all the new patient paperwork of course, but I didn't have a long wait, the front staff was honestly great and I saw an actual doctor. I chose to go there again the next time I got sick and it was the same: The care was responsive and kind, my conditions were appropriately treated with the right antibiotics, and sent quickly to the right pharmacy. I'm sorry some other patients haven't had this experience but I was impressed and will keep going back."

"Everyone here is very friendly and very professional. There may be a bit of a wait depending on the time you go, since there are a limited number of rooms. But this is usually the case in many medical facilities. I had a positive experience here. Shout of to the receptionist for being very inviting with ALL patients who walked through the front door."

"Now I remember why I haven't been here since 2019... I did a walk-in because my ear was clogged...I arrived 11:15ish, there were a couple of people in front of me but I didn't mind because I figured they may have already had an appt...Waiting, waiting, and waiting as more people filled the waiting area, until finally at 1:00, it was announced their systems were down and for all of the walk-ins, it will be a 2-3 hour wait.. Luckily, I work up the street...I went back at 3 and the young lady told me they called my name as soon as I left...They were going to call me but their phones were down as well...After waiting for 10 mins to get called to the back, to get weighed and vitals were taken, I was told I would be seen in 10 mins.. It is now 4:15 and I'm still waiting to be seen...I had to go and find someone to ask them how long it'll be because it's been over an hour and I have to back to work...I was told he will make sure I am next... At 4:20, the nurse practitioner came and took a look and to say they flush my ear. At 4:35, I got up and walked out...RIDICULOUS!!! I will NEVER, EVER come back here...All you hear are the 2 females yapping...SMH"

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dupont Circle Medics USA office. I would reccomend everyone to GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The entire visit was marred by a terrible manager named Elvira, whose lack of appropriate staff training resulted in multiple errors. The most frustrating part was being mischarged, and when I brought this issue to their attention, they showed no accountability and continued to charge me incorrectly despite my clarifications multiple times. It seemed like they couldn't care less about their mistake or the inconvenience it caused me. Adding to the negative experience, the doctor I saw was unprofessional and incredibly late. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity, and when the doctor finally arrived, they didn't even offer an apology for the delay. It was evident that they were in a rush during the examination, which left me feeling rushed and uncomfortable throughout the entire process. Overall, I would not recommend this medical doctor's office to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, poor management, and disregard for their patients' time and well-being are unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received, and I will not be returning to this office for any future medical needs nor will I recommend it to anyone. Take your money and go anywhere else."

"I was visiting from Canada and was happy with the service here. It took a bit long - I was the second person in the waiting room when I arrived and it took about an hour to see a doctor and get out - but that’s not too bad for a walk in without an appointment. The staff was friendly. The doctor was generally thorough and kind. They recommended a pharmacy nearby. And they gave me info on when and who to call, for paperwork to send to my insurance back home. Everyone seemed friendly and respectful to all the patients I saw there."
