"I do not know the person below, but odds are they were not good at their job hence whatever payment hold ups they received. **Skip the next paragraph if you're looking for job reviews on google instead of BBB or you know someone that actually works there; the next paragraph is about the actual service AND the reason you should check google about a place. IF you are here to see if this a place to send your kid that most likely has been rejected and/or mistreated from other similar programs continue reading...** 1. They put all their time in efforts into this. Using whatever resources they have to make sure YOUR kids are good... Even if you are not on top of things like you probably should (I've witnessed this in the past and recently). 2. They keep activities and a stocked fridge for clients when they do not have to and due to the nature of their work that costs waaaaaay more than I personally would spend replacing 3. The building owners are nice, caring woman that until pushed (ie by lazy staff not taking care of children) wouldn't disrespect any human. 4. I trust them with my wheelchair-bound and limited speech father and he hates homes and retirement centers. 5. They take non english speakers and hire for said specific cases 6. They do more favors for staff (ie hire someone, give them certifications and skills below industry prices when possible) than they ever have hurt 7. They travel. That's not common. You typically need to be dropping kids off if the school/ day-care center does not offer this. *****IF YOU SKIPPED TO THE HIRING PART***** ...Back in in 2012 - 2014 I got a job + promotion. I got my friend a job and my ex girlfriends best friend a job. We all got paid... MORE IMPORTANTLY they help with children on the spectrum that are 1 step away from the government forcing them to be institutionalized taking them away from their families when the school system is not equipped. Fast Forward to today (Aug 27, 2019) "Kate" still works for this company. New location and new number so that might be why she can't answer the calls of this other review. I literally just saw her on the phone and they had several kids like the ones I described (a few that were there in 2014) doing WAYYYYY better than they would be doing if they were just left in a basic afterschool program this company and the kids from 2014 are able to move in society well (use cell phones, ipads etc. properly, hold conversation, call a cab/navigate the area without much threat of an episode, generally well functioning members of society) I do not work for this company now because it was not my calling but as a millennial its rare that I even care to keep in touch with former employers unless its reference time and they do real good by the people they take care... employees as well.
