"I would never recommend Ms. Reed as a therapist. She was therapist to my middle step child and later to my youngest son. I was referred to her by her husband (whom she is actively in divorce proceedings as the defendant). Because I have had professional relationships with both parties, I remained neutral on the matter. I still remain neutral on their personal issues. What I DO NOT remain neutral on is the fact that Ms. Reed cannot be trusted. It was brought to my attention that EXTREMELY PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE matters regarding my youngest son and oldest child were divulged to her husband. This matter was never discussed with anyone outside of law enforcement, immediate family, AND HER! I was also advised of far less severe disclosures made to her husband regarding my middle child as well. There are a number of other families that i am made aware of in the same situation. Ms. Reed will try to claim ignorance however I addressed this directly to her via text (which is preserved) when she elected to try and use an interaction with my youngest son in her divorce proceeding (court transcript and text messages available as proof). You may ask why a formal complaint against her license has not been made (also addressed via text and documented as proof) her husband appealed to me not to ruin her livelihood as that would have a negative impact on his children. IF you expect confidentiality DO NOT use her! There is also additional documentation available from clinical professionals that I have personally seen where this was disclosed. I am more than willing to share these records for timeline if needed. Of all people, I never expected to have this experience with her! BTW...she is also in an active lawsuit with another therapist (based on what public records show). She will claim that this is an attack from a friend of his however text messages and court records do not lie!"
