"No one was there when I arrived for my appointment. When someone did come I wouldn’t call that person nice or friendly. The wait to get back to a treatment room wasn’t long, the wait inside the treatment room was about 25 minutes. Enough time to take a look at the reviews.. From what I’ve gathered, this is a decent establishment for urgent care needs. I do not advise anyone to utilize AllCare as a primary care provider."

"Dr. Adams was amazing- very thorough and took the time to talk through everything carefully. Every single person from check in, to blood draw was friendly, helpful and polite. The wait time however was horrendous. I waited almost a full hour to be seen and then another 30+ minutes after the exam was done waiting for someone to take my blood. I finished check in at 10:35 and it’s currently 12:38 and I’m only just leaving now. Over 2 hours for a basic physical is sort of excessive in my view, and I’m now torn because Dr. Adams is amazing and I genuinely liked every part of my actual care experience but I just don’t know if I have the time to take 2 hours every time I need to have an appointment."
