Reviews
"Jenn Taylor has provided me with the most professional and effective care for a problem with acute muscle pain. The office staff is friendly and welcoming, but it is Jenn that makes the PT practice shine above all others. She is knowledgable and works with you to find the most appropriate plan for recovery. Highly recommend."
"My son went here for rehab after a major surgery, with the goal of getting back to a high level of baseball athletics. He was released two months too soon and did not have a proper strength assessment upon release. This resulted in many months of frustration. In addition to all of these events, this facility does not have the equipment or standards necessary for recovery of this type (Knee OAT procedure). Look elsewhere for complex injuries and be warned about privacy violations."
"I tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus. The therapists here helped me make a speedy recovery and had be back to full activity in 5 months. I also broke my shoulder, which I came here to get treatment for as well. I could not recommend a better place."
"I had not exercised in many years as a 77 yr old senior. When I arrived, they assigned me a very young lady who joined their practice 6 months ago. I filled out mAny forms describing my lack of exercise, and with no time to review this info, she started me on a series of exercises including weights on my ankles. I did all exercises expressing several times that they were too strenuous. She ignored my complaints. I was in great pain when I left that session and could hardly walk. Next session, I told her I could not use any ankle weights. She complied but said nothing further. Clearly, she had no training in dealing with a senior citizen. I quit after that, and will find a therapy group with better trained personnel. I blame the company for insufficient training of a very young lady but also question the fit of this young lady for helping old people . It appeared she really did not care."
"Early last December I tripped, went totally airborn and landed on my side hip. I broke a small bone (considered a pelvic break) that created great pain and needed months to heal. Physical Therapy becan in March and I finished in mid June. I cannot thank Jennifer Taylor enough for being the outstanding therapist that she is. She explainedwhy each exercise was valuable and how it was healing and strengthening my body. I observed other therapists while there and strongly receommend that Doyle and Taylor is the place to go for physical theraphy."
