"The on call after hours doctor was not helpful. After explaining my symptoms and pain the day after a procedure, he told me I was a “young man and could handle the pain”. I’m currently bleeding from an infected area and would have like to at least be treated with dignity and respect and not be talked down to. I am traveling and he did not provide suitable solutions to my discomfort, to include not recommending any antibiotics. It’s too bad providers are more worried about getting sued than to providing medical assistance to their own patients and either keeping them comfortable or helping them with a sustainable solution. I’m a human! 1) don’t talk down to me 2) don’t compare your military service to mine and use it as an excuse to not prescribe medication because I am “fit”. I do not recommend this practice. This is the second negative interaction with them in 24 hours."

"Doctor was courteous and professional and punctual but I still have the problem I went there for. Dr pushed for a medicine that my insurance wouldn’t cover and finally got it approved, then I took it for 2 months with no improvement so I stopped taking it, Dr wouldn’t prescribe anything else so I never went back. Also procedure he did to “bulk” up bladder and hurt like hell was waste of time and insurances money because by the next day, it was like I didn’t even have it done, and it was supposed to last 6months."

"I have no picture to add. However, I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone was courteous and friendly. The nurse that interviewed and took my vitals was excellent. As always, Dr. Krejci was thorough and explained everything to me. What an excellent team."

"The receptionist was the most unprofessional, loud and annoying women I’ve experienced at a professional business. She was singing and dancing in her chair, while also laughing with the other employee. She talked the entire time. It was a small, contained area where she was seated. My appointment was at 3:20pm and the waiting area was 80% full of patients. I was finally called to the room at 4:05pm and by then I was annoyed and anxious. Dr. Heavner told her he wanted to see me back in one month, which would be the end of October and she gave me an appointment card that said I was scheduled for November 28. I now have to call to confirm when my appointment actually is. I’m not looking forward to my next visit."

"Everyone has been very helpful during a recent condition that required several visits. Dr. Gonzalez is compassionate, thoroughly explains procedures, and makes me feel safe. Words cannot express how wonderful Nurse Bobbie was. What an asset to your practice! In my lifetime I have never been treated with such patience and understanding as she demonstrated in caring for me."
