"I recently took my daughter to a pediatric urgent care center in hopes of receiving prompt and quality medical attention. Unfortunately, our visit turned out to be a truly disappointing and frustrating experience. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the level of care and professionalism fell far below our expectations. Once we were finally called in, the disappointment continued. The medical staff appeared disinterested and rushed, showing little empathy or concern for my daughter's well-being. Their lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude left us feeling unheard and invalidated. We asked for a prescription for our daughter’s issue and we were told by the doctor that there was nothing that could help her. Instead she googled an over the counter medicine which we later found out had been recently banned by the FDA. Overall, our experience at this pediatric urgent care center was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of professionalism, disorganized environment, and substandard medical care left us feeling frustrated, disappointed, and concerned for the well-being of our child. We strongly advise other parents to seek alternative options for their children's urgent medical needs to avoid the same disappointing experience we endured. Luckily we did take her to her actual doctor who gave her a prescription and she was fine in 24 hours! We wasted time and days going here."

"Really wish I was informed how this place was going to be billing my insurance since we had never been here before. I walk in they say $40 co-pay ok cool I pay it and then I’m on my way. Come to find out this place charges close to $400 for a visit and after insurance if you haven’t met your deductible yet you’re still left with a bill that’s higher than the ER on top of the $40 co-pay. I might as well have taken her to the ER would have been almost $70 cheaper or patient first and gotten the same care. Only came here because pediatrician recommended them, but will not be coming here again."

"Phones are answered by an incredibly rude lady and you are also “greeted” by an incredibly rude lady. (Same lady for us) I have never in my life met someone so rude and distasteful! Once we were in a room we waited for what felt like a lifetime. Thankfully the wait was worth it for an amazing NP! She was the only good thing about this experience."
