"Only had to wait 25 minutes to get called to go back to the procedures room compared to 1 hour wait last week. This did not use to happen. Before at the most wait 5 to 10 minutes or was called in early since I get there 15 minutes before appointment time. I don’t know what has changed. I hope they can straighten this out. I’ve been a patient there since before they became Chesapeake urology with Dr. Kurnot."

"The staff is good, but scheduling is becoming unbearable. I have waited an hour the last two times I had an appointment. If the rooms required are tied up for extended periods, why can't that information be used to schedule more time between patients?"

"Your staff were friendly and efficient. Made me feel very comfortable. They definitely get an A plus. Dr. Vora was great."

"My Sister and her husband had an appointment today 12/27. The appointment was for 4:30 but it was changed last minute and did not notify them. The office staff was unapologetic and argumentative. Never gave reason for not contacting them with the appointment change. Upon move investigation I find that there has been several lawsuits against Chesapeake Urology and I can understand why. Do not patronize them! I love to have given no star."

"I would appreciate it if the assistants would address adults respectfully by their surnames. I am of the generation that appreciates common courtesies. The 1 hour wait was also not satisfactory. The doctor was quite pleasant, competent, and seemed genuinely concerned about my Aunt’s medical issues. I would recommend this practice on the strength of the physician encountered today."
