"This place is useless. I went with my daughter to this emergency clinic PM Pediatric Urgent Care on Laurel Maryland, I called at 11:25 pm they told me I could arrive, that they closed at 12 pm I arrived at 11:45 pm and I got to the place they told me they couldn't help me with My daughter because It was very late and my daughter was very seriously ill, they do not care about the health or lives of people, this place is unacceptable. 12/29/2023"

"The walk-in hours clearly says until 12am. I arrived at 11:50. My son has been chocking and vomiting for the last 30 minutes and we rushed there only to be turned away because the last walk in was taken at 11:40. This is all to benefit a doctor who don’t want to see a patient cause it is not convenient for them to leave at 12am. MAKE SURE YOUR WEBSITE STATES OPEN UNTIL 11:40 instead of having a parent/patient come there and then have a sign at the desk. It’s very inconsiderate."

"When my son started showing signs of difficulty breathing we brought him to PM Pediatric. His breathing was bad enough and oxygen low so they got him on a nebulizar right away. Dr. Caroline and the staff were fantastic! They were friendly and helpful. There were only 3 people working on the night we went in and they were working quickly to help everyone. Although we were there for hours, ( making sure my son’s oxygen was back up) we are so thankful to them. I highly recommend this location!"

"I won’t be coming back here. I’ve come here many times and never had to wait almost 2 hours after making an appointment. No one came to explain or notify of a long wait. Then the nurse brings a liquid steroid and then just swerves out. No suggestions or helpful tips to make a 19 month told take something he doesn’t want but needs. At their sister pediatric urgent care, the nurse gives whatever is needed and the parent holds/ assists. Recommend the one in elkridge for better customer service."
