"Awful Setup, As Dr Morrison is great, this office is poor in customer service. They are understaffed leaving you either on hold constantly for 30 minutes or more, or they never get back to you. It takes them 4 months to fit you in for a physical. My doctor renewed my prescriptions, however my pharmacy has tried to get them to approve the renewal. My pharmacist and I have tried over 3 weeks with over 12 calls to both the manager Karen, and their pharmaceutical technician for 3 weeks and over 11 calls. No call backs from their voice mail system not can you get a live person. I'm going to get my records and move on. I get faster service from an Walk In service. It's worth the $50 co-pay compared to their $20. Time is money, and they constantly waste mine."
