"Loved the practitioner! However, the Minute Clinic organization is AWFUL to deal with. If you need a follow up conversation, you have to speak with their central call center ...not the practitioner. After about 73 phone prompts, I waited on hold for 34 minutes (TWICE) to tell them I was allergic to the meds and needed another version. They said they'd take care of it and call me back. NOPE! And that's not the first time that's happened with them. Wow! I expected more of you, CVS. I know you can do better."
