"My wife had been eagerly waiting for her appointment at this clinic for 15 days. We were surprised and quite frustrated when, on the last day before the appointment, the hospital called to change the appointment time from the afternoon to the morning. We were told, "This is your appointment; if you can't make it, we can reschedule." We believe that everyone has responsibilities and jobs, and we understand that scheduling changes can sometimes happen. However, the sudden and last-minute change left us feeling inconvenienced and stressed. It's important for any business to communicate changes in a more organized and considerate manner to ensure a smoother experience for their clients."

"This place should be ashamed of the way they run this place. It has so much potential if they would just get actual staff that gave a damn. I was told that a nurse would call me it’s been well over a week and a half. I finally get through after being on hold for over 20 minutes at 9 am. I was told the nurse would take anywhere from 3 weeks to 4 weeks before she would even call bc they are so busy. I ended up going to another obgyn a little bit further away bc it’s crazy to think I might have to wait over 5 weeks to even get a call from the nurse. There’s literally no excuses"

"I’ve called multiple times this morning and I keep getting hanged up on. I’ve called, and called , and called and now I’ve been blocked from calling their office. The manager / supervisor needs to take this into accountability, patients comments and reviews because this is not ok. She definitely needs better staff members because the ones she has right now are useless. I can see now why you guys have a 2.6 review your front desk is pathetic. I literally only called to reschedule my appointment and I can’t even do that because I can’t get through to them! Now, I know I don’t even have to show up because they obviously don’t care about their patients. If I could give them a ZERO STAR I WOULD!"

"Place is the worst. They need to hire more people because waiting 2 hours or more is extremely crazy. they keep taking more patients in the back when they aren’t even done with the patients they already have in the rooms. why make appointments if they don’t really see you when they should. they so strict on tardiness but yet they make you wait so long. Definitely changing doctors."

"This is the worst and most unprofessional place to seek healthcare support. I am writing this review just to help new patients so that they know what to expect at the end of the day. This clinic will always put your call on hold saying that you were put on a brief hold but then the brief hold will never get responded. In a very rare case, if you are connected through a phone with one of the customer care operators, they are professional fighters and liars. If you start complaining for asking clarifications for the delays, they will pretend they were not hearing and would hang off. So frustrating, so disgusting, can tell my experience here. You will not imagine how their business sucks."
