"I’m super upset with All medical clinic staff, after so many years of holding back on seeking mental health. I finally decided to start my therapy session. I called All medical clinic in Silver Spring, which I believe that someone from the Gaithersburg location is the person receiving the calls. I scheduled an appointment for the 1st time and I was super excited for this new chapter in my life. When I got to the Silver Spring location, they didn’t have me on the books, someone had scheduled me to Gaithersburg which I specific requested my appointment at the silver spring location and they gave me a 9:30am appointment on a Tuesday which I had taken off work in the morning for this. Since they made a mistake they reschedule my appointment for the same day at 12:30pm now I have to take off work for the whole day. Well that day happened and I was able to see my therapist Tammy ( she’s amazing) so she told me that she wanted me to schedule a visit every week. So after my session I went to the receptionist and schedule my appointment for Wednesday 8/18/21 and she gave me a 9:15am which that was perfect for me. On the day of the session I called that I was stuck in traffic that I was running 10 minutes late. When I get there to see Ms. Tammy . I saw her taking a different patient to her office and someone else called my name. WELL AGAIN the staff who’s in charge of the appointment booking messed up AGAIN!!!! Now they schedule me with the wrong therapist and she’s specialize in medication etc which is not what I was going for. Well again the The receptionist started to apologize for the 2nd f*ck they did and she called the Gaithersburg location to speak with the person who moved my appointment. At this point I wait it and wait no updates. So I decided to leave the office and never coming back here and I would never recommend this place. Imagine having to deal with everything you dealing with and seeking for help and the place where you should feel welcome, safe etc are making things harder for you to find help!!!!! At this point I don’t want to seek any help at all!!!! Thanks for nothing"
