"Terrible customer service. My family has been going for years and front desk was always nice and Dermatologist very good. Until I saw Priscilla who didn’t seem to know what she was doing, pretended to give us treatment while holding an open canister of nitrogen on top of my son to the point I had to intervene the treatment. Talk to the front desk and explained the situation and since they are all nice they booked me next week to redo the treatment with no additional charges. Except they made a mistake and charged me for 2 separate visits. I spoke with Erin, the Ashburn manager who refused to remove the charges or even tried to understand the issue. Even though she was a manager and was not present in the room, she kept insisting the treatment was done appropriately, completely deaf to what was reporting. Zero accountability. That’s how they treat their loyal customers, like we are making stuff up to get out of paying $100 which makes no sense when my family has already happily dropped $1000s of dollars at their practice. I have to say it will be a pain moving my entire family to another practice, but can’t deal with another Erin or another Priscila anymore. Not worth my time."
