"I’ve been going here almost 4 years and their service office staff are awful. Doctors are nice, but I’ve received less than marginal service. They are just a big money business with no empathy or care for patients… where is the traditional family practice where staff treat you as a person vice a number or object???? I will be changing after almost 4 years. Awful, awful and awful."

"Absolutely horrible service. Find another provider! My experience here has been the worst among all providers I’ve used in the past 29 years or so. From operations, to quality of care, this place sucks. There’s no sugar coating. I relocated to the area and needed a new provider. Chose this place and Dr. Asrar because of proximity and availability. I should’ve known “availability” is a signal that I should avoid this place! When I arrived for my routine visit, the PA with the attitude questioned every legitimate request I had. Then the Doctor arrived. She couldn’t wait to get the hell out! If I explain my family history, every legitimate doctor will automatically prescribe a routine round of tests. Well, apparently not here! I had to explain my way through a few routine tests. After a few days, I realized a number of basic tests were still missing. Called back and realized they were never ordered!!! I had to book another appointment, wait for almost an hour (of course they were running later and had no ETA) to give more blood! At the end, the doctor messaged me that she thought I was there because not for annual exam but for acute issues. Not sure why but that’s also concerning the doctor doesn’t know why she’s seeing you. No apologies! For a family doctor, you want someone who gets to know you and tracks your health. I would avoid this practice."

"I don’t know why so many bad reviews, fortunately I didn’t take a decision based in the reviews and decided to go to this place. I went as a walk in, the checking in process was very fast and efficient, the wait time to being seen was almost 5 minutes after I ended all the paperwork. The Dr that took care of me was very professional, she listened to all my doubts and didn’t look trying to rush, she explained to me everything very good and was patient with all my doubts and gave my some advices. Great attention."

"I was not sure how I would do a rating on Inova because a week ago my wife showed up early and was told no nurse or NP or anyone was going to be in until 1 pm and so we had to go to Vienna Urgent care where there was no issue. Today however after an hour wait for a walk-in I was seen and the nurse and Doug was efficient and courteous. I will rate it based on both visits and hope management can figure out what happened a week ago."
