"I’ve been in the process of assisting one of my loved ones with a mental health situation. During this process it has not been easy, so I came across this business via the internet, during my search for a mental health facility. I set up a phone call to then set up another phone call for my first appointment with my family member. NO WHERE IN THE AGREEMENT was there any portion mentioned of bringing in the day prior any documents for my loved one. It was suppose to be all digital and I set up the account they asked me to do. Then fast forward to today 9/18/23 12:30pm I call to begin my process, the first thing the girl says “we have to reschedule” due to me not setting up the account, which I clearly told the girl that I did. This business is to concerned with a damn schedule then they’re own clientele that they’re scheduling it for smh. Very sad. So she never tried to further assist me and became very dismissive and then hung up the phone. Basically leaving me hanging with a crisis at hand with my loved one to now look else where. PLEASE BE ADVISED YOU WILL BE FORVER DISAPPOINTED IF YOU EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE TO CALL THIS BUSINESS!"

"Update: After going to this practice for over a year, they switched over to a different money collector and what started out as $35/appointment, turned into $150+/appointment. At no point did my insurance change. When I reached out, there seemed to be nothing they could do on their end, so I had to move from this practice. I was having a hard time controlling my anxiety on my own. With the help of Ophilia, I have been able to feel like myself again. We meet semi-regularly to make sure I have the correct dose. Ophilia does a great job explaining everything to me and helping me through side effects. I would definitely recommend to anyone struggling to manage their mental health!"

"The telehealth visits make things so easy during the week! My nurse didn't seem to feel comfortable with change of medications but okay that aside, all went well until I haven't been able to get my medicine bc of the pharmacy never having it in stock. She needed to cancel the script at one place and send to another but I was told that she was on hold too long and is busy cannot keep calling to fix the issue soooo I have been a month without the medication, the main one that keeps me going.... I feel like I've been left alone to fend for myself which ironically my follow up appt was close to try it all over again and this isn't the 1st time and I've had issues for 6 months with the medication, mainly the medication at this pharmacy anyway. After being left on my own I'm done ive decided to transfer to another place!!"

"I was extremely nervous coming in but everyone and I mean everyone was so nice and understanding. I feel that I am in great hands. I have been going to Unique Minds since I moved to MD. They are one of the best doctors I have seen in my life. You can see they truly care about their patients, the amount of time they spent talking to me, they are extremely knowledgeable. The office and its staff are very nice. I recommend this clinic to anyone who is wanting to get help or just have someone listen to you. I see a great future!"
