"I have really tried to like this this place because it was highly recommended to me by a coworker to see Dr. Maragh, but I truly have not had great experiences. Mainly with some of the ladies (not all) at the front desk. They are rude, unprofessional and just overall very dismissive/short with patients. Since coming here, I have tried to see Dr. Maragh, but I have been told on multiple occasions that I can only see the other doctors. No clear reason as to why. You have to schedule multiple visits to just even ask general questions, and that can sometimes be an inconvenience. I kept coming back b/c I really like Dr. Ackerman, she is very patient and informative, but unfortunately, she’s not at the Ashburn location very often. I always arrive to my appointments 10-15 mins early, but this is now the 3rd time my appointment has been somehow mysteriously cancelled. The front desk always tries to imply that I cancelled them but I have confirmed them and even received the confirmations texts the day of. For this last appointment, I waited almost 30 minutes before being seen, and again, the same mess. I always give people the benefit of the doubt but the 3rd time now seems a bit too coincidental to me. They really need to be retrained on providing better customer service. If they are not willing to be helpful to your patients, then maybe they need to reconsider their job."
"I am not sure if people with good experience saw Doctor or someone more professional?? However, I saw a nurse practitioner who was in such a rush. If you're running behind or late, simply just let your patients know. She was fast and didn't take any time to listen to concern. As a new patient you should sit down and try to tackle all issues and provide a plan but who I saw (Francis) she did not care and wanted to get you in and out the door. I do not recommend this practice."
"Immediately when Dr G entered the room, I felt rushed and she did not want to thoroughly inspect the bumps on my neck. I had to tell her to do her job in a kind way of course. She acted like she didn't want to touch my head/neck even though she had on latex gloves. SHe didn't read my file, she asked irrelevant questions that did not pertain to my skin condition. After I cracked a corny joke she then relaxed and felt comfortable to treat me. My wait time was 35 minutes. Other patients came in way after me and was seen before the receptionist noticed I was still waiting. The entire experience was terrible! Do not waste your time here."
"Went to see Dr. Sherry L.H. Maragh, MD for the first time on September 13, 2017. I had a 2:00pm appointment and arrived at 1:55pm with all paper work completed. I signed in and paid my co pay. 2:23pm was taken back to a room, 2:55pm i decided i had waited long enough to see the Dr. and told the front desk i was leaving. Upon leaving i see the patient that signed in after me with the same Dr leaving her appointment. She had been seen and was done. What the hell. I asked how she got to be seen before me when she signed in after me. Oh, your a new patient and she a regular. Oh well i guess Dr. Maragh don't need any new patients. If you have 1 1/2 to waste on a Dr appointment she the one to see, otherwise find another Dr."
"I have been to this office several times and the experience in office was fine (although I needed more treatment than they stated and am now leaving the office with more treatment needed). I have had several issues with the office though including booking a Saturday appointment and showing up to find the office closed, reaching out to them via their online contact form multiple times and getting no response (when I asked the receptionist about it she said "I think the office manager checks it" but then offered no follow up), asking how much I owe and them not being able to tell me, having the doctor give me one figure and the front desk person another, and having them bill me without going through my insurance."
