"When I called to make an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get in, but the phone call was very quick & I wish they had taken more time to assess my needs because when I came in for said appointment, I found out I was there for the wrong procedure & would need to reschedule. I had to spend an additional 4 days in extreme pain & discomfort. Then when I came in for my procedure, I had to wait over 2 hours to be seen. The waiting room was incredibly full, 20+ people. I’m sitting here now for my follow-up appointment, and have already waited 2 hours. My appointment was for 10:30. At 11:15, I told the receptionist I had an interview scheduled for noon and asked if I would be seen soon or if I should reschedule. She told me not to reschedule and assured me I’d be called back in 10 minutes. It is now 12:30 and I have yet to be seen, and have missed my interview. Not only do they seem to have incredibly poor time management, but they clearly have no regard for patient’s lives outside of their clinic, or simply being respectful enough to honestly communicate about the timeline. They have been pleasant throughout the experience, but overall rather unprofessional. I would not recommend and likely won’t be back."

"This team was amazing from the first call I made. This was my first experience and the ladies and doctors were completely comforting over the phone and informative. On the day of my appointment, I couldn't have been more impressed with the team work and smiles in the building. It really felt like you were in a office full of family. The procedure was fast. I was completely comfortable. In the recovery room there was comforting music playing and great snacks. For such a very uncomfortable and unfamiliar situation to be in, the experience was very pleasant."
