"I walked in and was immediately greeted by the women at the front desk. Registered for my visit and was seen shortly after. Alex was able to help me out and made it a great experience."

"I went for a pre-employment drug screen, and arrived shortly before lunch on a weekday. The receptionist who greeted me was great and told me 45 minutes until I would be seen. I did not have a I did not have an appointment and was a walk-in, so this was not too bad since they were packed."

"First off I really didn’t want to come here because of past problems with. Concentra( downtown location) . Coming here I was surprised by the nice clean atmosphere. I was seen by medical tech Alex who greeted me nicely and continue to talk to me as if she was my personal doctor throughout my physical /drug screen . She was very focused on her job and make sure I was fine . I don’t usually leave reviews but Alex basically made me have to with how she treated me her job and me . Will return again , quicker than other locations . Front staff attendants was better and also more if them"

"I came for a new hire onboarding physical exam on 10/26/23. I was checked in but unfortunately had to wait 2 hours to be seen and left there after a total of 3 hours the 1st visit. Staff members were in uninformative of essential information I required during my visit. The following visits were much improved and first class upon speaking to other employees and the nurse who assisted me the last two times including today 10/30/23 was extremely polite and helpful."
