"Waited 2 hours with only 1 person ahead of me. There was only 1 provider and 1 nurse (also acting as the receptionist) in the entire clinic. They do not have Covid shots. I tried to call the next day, but every option on the automated answering system takes you to a voicemail that says it’s full and cannot receive more messages. I will never go here again, and I will steer everyone I know away from this place. The ONLY redeeming quality is the friendliness of the 2 people working there."

"Don’t let the reviews fool you I was there for an hr and a half and was not seen. I was having a medical emergency and they could care less. When I walked out of the exam room. There were 5 nurses huddled up to one cell phone not paying a single patient attention. They did not notice I was a patient until I was at the exit door. Then asked me if I wanted to be seen as I was leaving. If you want your time wasted this is the place to be. So unprofessional. Now I’m On my way! To the emergency room with no help from these so called professionals."

"Chose the Dundalk Urgent Care Center based upon good experiences by other family members who were treated there. My visit was nothing less. Both the young woman who checked me in & took vitals and the NP who treated me were friendly, pleasant and empathetic. I will definitely go there again should the need arise."

"From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed and concerned for. The intake nurse a very kind and made sure she checked all the "boxes". The doctor, I wish I could remember his name. He was a very nice African gentleman who noticed my Greek name and was telling me stories about his visits there while living in Holland. I guess you could say the bedside manner was first class. He immediately knew what was ailing me and the prescriptions he prescribed worked almost instantly. I know this review sounds a bit corny maybe even fake but I will tell you this much. I will NEVER go to another urgent care facility besides this one unless they completely fell apart one day. Oh did I mention from the time I walked through the door until I left was about 45 minutes total. Even with the friendly banter it was still all business and a doctor's visit. So believe this review or not, but I'm telling you going any other place would be a mistake."
