"The actual physician was lovely. However, one of the techs was rather aggressive and almost judgmental in her tone and demeanor towards my son and I. My son is very sick, and as most toddlers are when they are sick, was cranky and struggling to regulate himself so they could get his vitals. Rather than being understanding, like the first tech that tried to collect his vitals, she acted impatient to my concern for his distress and physically separated myself from my son so he would “stop leaning for” me. She came in again to see if I needed to be seen, however due to my symptoms I was struggling to understand her questions. I was again met with impatience and what felt like a condescending tone. Our final encounter was as I was leaving, I had misunderstood instructions on my discharge papers (that had been clarified with the physician). Once again, I was met with a judgmental tone, she told me the instructions again and said “that’s what she [the nice tech] said to you before”. While our overall medical experience was satisfactory, that tech made an already stressful experience even more stressful, as they appear to have a judgmental bedside manner."
"Worst customer service in this clinic . Some retraining on attitudes desperately needed there. If you do mot know how to do your job on the front desk maybe try something else.If toubdont understand billing maybe educate yourself a little better. While on the phone as you sit in a medical building cover your mouth as you are coughing so hard. I can clearly hear the cough in the phone so it just goes airborne.into the clinic. Never again. Do better ."
"Waited 2 hours in the lobby despite having a scheduled appointment. Got to the back in a exam room staff swabbed my son for flu & strep test. And then we sat in that exam room for another 2 hours. At no point did any staff come tell us anything. Finally I asked how much longer it was going to take and was met with a attitude and disrespect by the staff. I was told it was going to be a while they were having technical difficulties that their Wi-Fi was down. I expressed that I had been there for 4 hours & that I couldn't wait much longer. At wich point with a attitude staff told me that I can leave then. So after wasting 4 hours we walked out never even seeing a doctor. I will never be returning to this express care location again."
"Online check in was a bit of a hassle. However the rest of my experience was perfect. I was seen quickly and provided the care ,information and medication needed to help fight this horrible Virus. Doctor's and staff really seem to care about the patients. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Which I'm grateful for. Especially not feeling well. Thank you for taking such great care of me ❤️"
"My daughter had a SCHEDULED appointment & we arrived a few minutes early. After 2 hours of waiting & seeing adults with walk ins being called before my child I asked the desk lady what was up. She didn’t understand either why she wasn’t called so she asked a nurse the nurse said that there was only one doctor who could see children & they were rotating adult child adult child so the other doctor wouldn’t get overwhelmed…I almost knocked everything in there over. It’s Flu season, Covid, RSV don’t want to be overwhelmed?! IN URGENT CARE. Find a new career. Or better yet go to a practice where you can only see appointments patients. Overwhelmed…the place was full of sick children! It’s that time of year. Everyone is sick…so they don’t get overwhelmed. Seriously find a new profession. A doctor at urgent care during flu season that’s your job to be OVERWHELMED. I will NEVER step foot in that place again!!! I spent less time AT THE HOSPITAL!"
