"There wasn't anyone at the front desk and the lab technicians ignored me as i begged for a urine cup and to use the bathroom to an empty room after waiting a half hour with my bladder so full it hurt. I go back and see the reason the technician was ignoring me was because she was too busy texting someone. My friendly advice is go to labcorp and avoid this company, when you're sick its cruel to have your medical problems ignored just so some chick can respond to her text messages."

"Made a point to sleep in late so I could get blood work done. Reached the facility at 7:35 or so . As I was checking in a middle aged women abruptly told me I needed a mask. I apologized and asked if they had one for me and again extremely rudely I was told "No. " I understand it's not their responsibility to provide mask's but 1- Why you have to be so rude so early in the morning? and 2- What medical facility doesn't have an extra mask?!"
