"The front desk nurse was wonderful, welcoming, and an excellent communicator. She is why this is a 2 star review, not a 1 star review. Once we got to the back, the real experience began. It's not great to go somewhere for help, and have them act like they couldn't be bothered. They were dismissive and rude. My wife and I sat in the back, in an uncomfortable room with one chair. An hour later a doc spent about 2 minutes with me. Not sure why those folks got into healthCARE, since they are down with the "care" aspect."

"Every part of my experience was great. My wait was minimal, (but I was one of the first patients in the door). But the staff was organized and the facility is well managed with keeping the workflow moving,especially during this cold/flu season. My provider was wonderful and explained everything, addressing my concerns and easing my worries. Thank you!!"

"I came in on Saturday morning at 8am and was out by 9:45am, I had several people a head of me. When I got called to register, the clerk was kind and courteous. When the nurse called me back, she weighed me, took my vitals and height. Ask me questions about my health. She took me into a room to wait to be seen by a nurse practitioner. She cut my bandages off and checked my wound( I cut my hand). Waited just a few minutes longer and Johnathon NP came in and accessed the wound. Very nice and respectful. Considering it was a Saturday, everything went well"

"I'm not one who likes going to the doctor at all! However I have to say I went to patient first because I stepped on a nail. Everyone from the girl who greeted me to the girl who bandaged me, to the girl who gave me my tetanus shot were absolutely awesome! Stephanie is an awesome sticker! A few days later I had to go back and have blood drawn and again all different personnel and absolutely all very friendly! This time I had AJ who had to draw blood and she was also equally as awesome! (And I hate needles!) Both women who did the needlework were gentle and very kind. Again not being one who likes to go to the doctor it was an absolute pleasure to go to patient first in Perry Hall! What a fantastic staff!"
