"I ordered a pair of Ovation boots from Amazon that shipped from Do Trot In Tack Shop. After regular use, the boots soon fell apart. I didn't think there was much that could be done since the Amazon return had expired but with great customer service from Ovation and the tack shop, I received replacement boots. It is nice to know that businesses still care about making things right for the customer. I appreciate both businesses and hope I can support Do Trot in Tack Shop and Ovation in the future."
