"I was extremely impressed with the staff that worked on( jan.5th) on the 8pm shift. My 17-year-old came in with cc of stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. They were professional, caring, kind, and empathetic. The male nurse , i believe his name is Carter. He was a breath of fresh air. He made me rethink how I treat people when I encounter them. The NP was great as well. She was able to explain what was going on with my son and explained what I would need to do to help him get better Then there was an emergency incident with their staff. They were urgent with that situation as well and still were able to put their patients at ease. There's no other express care I will go to. I hope all the staff are like this team from last night. I hope that the receptionist is OK. He was very nice and attentive as well."

"There should be a floating PA and Doctor team in this region available during the months where there is increased volume of patients. I had to relinquish my seat because there were so many people. Although the doctor nor PA never complained, being in the corporate world it was quite obvious how short staffed the team is and that leads to burnout and the loss of good, loyal, reliable staff. Please do not short change the significance of a familiar face in our community. PA Carter and the doctor bring comfort to some who may need a face they can trust. They may be the closest individuals to having a consistent medical team many in our community can trust. And if you are thinking, that folks should try and go to the next location, it is not convenient for those who may have financial challenges, multiple children and transportation issues. You all really need a floating medical team. The ladies at the front were accommodating and pleasant. Glad to see that there were enough on …"

"Yes. I certainly appreciated the cordiality, patience, and professionalism received from the staff and medical professionals. There was no long waiting period, which was of great concern since I'd already been sick for a few days before coming. The atmosphere was comforting. I'm continuing to recover while at home and was grateful for the care and concern shown to me and my husband while there. I will surely tell my friends and neighbors. Thank you sooooo much!!!"

"10 out of 10 Everyone is welcoming and pleasant, the staff also does a great job helping take care of me & my 3 children especially them when there sick. Definitely our go to place, so much better then waiting in a hospital or taking up space there for some small things that we have going on.
