"The worst place ever. There’s no communication between doctors/nurses and patients. I can never get through on the phone. Im always leaving detailed messages for them to never call me back. The staff is rude after I waited almost three weeks for a prescription."

"My 1 Star is for Communication. Horrible phone system. I can never get through to schedule an appointment for My Children Pediatrics or Dental. I have made several complaints to HR at the Belvedere location. I drive 30 minutes from My Home just to arrive to schedule an appointment. I Love Dr. Dunstan and Nurse Practitioner Nkechi Oguike I would give the providers 5 stars. Not being able to get through at any time of the day is VERY DISTURBING!"

However, everyone made me feel welcomed and communicated with me like they’ve known me for years. Especially Sandy Strother, who showed me the proper way to flush and told me about mouth diseases that I have never heard of before. Hats off to Parkwest!"
