"If you call Dr. Able's office (No. 1 or 2) to make an appointment or ask a question, the doctors support staff RARELY answers. My calls mostly wind up with an Auto-Disconnect"

"Tried to schedule an appointment and they refused because I wasn't referred by a family or friend of a current patient??? Are you kidding me?! That's just ridiculous. And she felt no remorse for having to turn me away. She almost sounded like she enjoyed it, replying to my request in a kind of sing-song voice, like it was amusing to her. Not professional at all and a very silly reason to turn away a potential patient, in my opinion."

"I’ve seen Zach Smith in person and have had 2 virtual visits with Danielle Freiji -I found both Zach and Danielle to be great listeners, very knowledgeable and able to communicate well. A friend of mine goes to John Abel and says he is the best. I’ve found the office staff to be kind and helpful."

"I have been a patient at Westminster Internal Medicine for almost three years now. I have been there many times for various appointments and have never had a bad experience. I've seen multiple physicians there(Zach Smith, Daniel Freiji and John Abel) and all of them have been extremely nice, helpful, understanding, patient and knowledgeable. It seems like a lot of people have problems with the office staff, but again, I've never had a bad experience with any employee there so I can't speak to that. Every member of the office staff I have interacted with has been nice and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a PCP!"

"The organization as a whole is great. You receive great care and the staff are great. The billing system I have to say is abysmal. Half the time I go and pay and them get a call two weeks later stating a have a balance due? In addition, no weekend availability is the reason I am leaving soon. I have 0 time to get in and without going in and spending a ton of money on said appointment I cant get my medication. They're effectively making it more difficult for patients to receive care if they work. Sorry, would love to stay but I can't just NOT receive medication because my employer doesn't give me enough sick days to schedule a half day just to go see you guys. Weekend hours this would be 5 stars"
