"The whole experience took 2.5 hours. That was not the good part The front desk worker was very nice and professional. Not easy in that environment. The medical aid did not give me any of my vital signs and was polite but not the best beside manner. The doctor was extraordinarily nice, very caring and thoughtful. I thanked her for doing what she does in such a busy environment. She deserves recognition. She actually cares about people."
