"Scheduled appointment for a specific time. Didn’t get seen until an hour and a half later. What’s the point of scheduling appointments? I took time off of work. Horrible experience."

"I usually go to LabCorp, but my doctor gave me a quest diagnostics lab slip so I went there. NEVER EVER again! It was horrible. It’s in a basement. It’s a small depressing room with very few chairs. One check in kiosk. No humans to check you in, you can’t interact with anyone there’s no office desk or window. The technicians are behind a closed door in the lab and when I was there they were running over an hour behind. Trying to make an appointment online and that was a disaster too. after I filled in all of my information I got an error message that that appointment time with no longer available."

"I have never had less than an EXCELLENT experience at this office of Quest Diagnostics--and I have been a frequent patient here over the past few years. The facility is clean, well-run, and friendly. Every tech I have ever interacted with has been personable, efficient, and professional in every way. "I went here after my baby was born to get his blood tested. The person was so rude and didn't like me questioning her. She nearly assaulted me. I filed a complaint and found out she was removed from this office. Fast forward one year. I need to do blood work for a pregnancy and they tell me they can't do it because they don't have the tubes and the person ordering the tubes is on maternity leave. Seriously? Is there a required incompetent and rude test that they have to pass before working here? They should just pay Labcorp to pull their patients' blood rather than hiring these people. Update: since posting this review they’ve changed their staff and they are absolutely wonderful now. Quick and professional. I look forward to coming here (as much as you can for giving blood)."
