"I have the best experience in this office from start to finished. I had a 5pm appointment and arrived at 4:50. The front desk lady ( apology for not remembering her name) who greeted me as soon as I arrived was so pleasant and nice. Asked me how am I doing and politely asked for my prescription and insurance information. She then let me sit down and had me filled out some paperwork. After I'm done with that Tony, the certified Radiology Technician came out to talk to me, and had Jerome the other Technician gave me detailed instructions on how to get ready for the procedure. I was asked to changed to a patient's gown and was given shoe covers to wear. I was asked to lie down on the MRI table and was asked again what side am I getting test which was my right ankle. Jerome then placed a marked on my right ankle and positioned a prop under my knees to relieve the pressure. I was then given a blanket to get comfortable as it was a little cool in the room. I was also asked what kind of music do I want to listen to because they put an earphone during the procedure. Tony then gave me a call button on my hand just in case I need something during the procedure. The MRI procedure went well. I was then assisted to the changing cubicle. My whole experience was so pleasant and I highly recommend this CRA office for MRI procedure. Thank you Tony and Gerome for all you do. Keep up the good work."

"The secretary was extremely helpful in getting me a STAT appointment. She worked diligently to get the authorization and make it happen. Technicians were also very accommodating using humor and preparing me for the test! Music was great!"
