"Finally! I am compelled to write a review because of the outstanding customer service I received from going to skate express. I spoke to Lori on the phone (actually she called me right back after I left a message) and I let her know that I was looking for skates for my four and six-year-old. Susan fit both my girls for skates, taking the time to make sure everything was correct, while attending to other customers as they came in the store, and explaining to me everything she was considering about the fitment.
