"My fiance and I were away for our Valentine's day weekend and who doesn't like shopping. I mean it's not my most favorite but we always go to old navy. We like the clothes their pricing is normally very reasonable so it's an easy choice to go to. We have three kids we have to take care of some cost for anything is very important to us."

"So disappointed today with Old Navy. They are so disorganized. The prices were not placed where it was supposed to be. The customers are confused especially me. I kept on asking the sales rep to scan for the prices & it wasn't even close to the price listed. I'm sure they could do better. I spent more time trying to figure out the prices than shopping. Hopefully they'll improve on my next visit. Customers shouldn't have to waste time trying to figure out if the price is right."
