I found out that he shouldn't have gave me a cleaning but the tech thought it was crucial to my problem besides a bad part. He got reprimanded. Great tech and fast response for my emergency. Same is true for the other guy who gave me an oil fill up in an emergency. Thanks,"

"We always have a good experience with Black Bear. Their technicians, plumbers, office staff etc are very knowledgeable. They have helped us understand any issues with our furnace and water tank, have installed a wireless thermostat, new venting, and for about 5 years have been doing the yearly tune up. The office staff is very helpful and make every effort to help resolve issues or answer questions. This is in addition to the above review which was about 2 years ago. We continue to use Black Bear Fuel and always have a great experience. We highly recommend them. "Great experience working with Jeff and the install crew. Jeff quoted a couple of different systems and was patient and helpful explaining them along with the potential rebates on each. Everything went smoothly on install day - they worked with me while I removed siding to hide the lineset on the front of the house and did a really clean job with the linehide on the back of the house, and tidying up inside. Worked late to knock it all out in one day. Paperwork for rebate was completed quickly and check came in the amount estimated. No issues with the system so far.
