"By far the worst FFL transfer experience I have ever had. Had a gun transferred there just before the place was burglarized. Shop closes and performs no transfers while repairs are done and ATF investigates, which is understandable. The problem was their lack of communication and how they antagonized and threatened people asking when they can get the items they purchased. The shop was closed for 6 months, in that time they gave only 3 updates on social media, did not respond to emails or calls, and threatened to send back purchases at cost to buyers for asking. I only got my gun after another shop called and volunteered to do their pending transfers for them. Overall it was unfortunate they got hit with the crime, but their unprofessionalism through the whole process is why I'll never do business with them again."
