"Desiree was fantastic! I had a small project but she was so helpful with ideas. Great selection of tile and stone. Highly recommend"
"Even though we didn't end up using Architessa, their designer Qawala somehow helped us throughout our project. Five star support; I wish they had tiles we liked."
"I love visiting the Architessa showroom. I find that the quality of their products is always good and there is a good variety and mix between tile, porcelain and stone. The staff is well informed and prompt in getting back with pricing and answers on stock and delivery."
"Phenomenal selection and service. We found Architessa because they were the local dealer for a tile we were interested in for a basement renovation. They responded to us quickly, ordered multiple samples in different finishes at no charge, investigated and provided details on the tile that were only available from the manufacturer, advised on finishes and grout, and handled the order. They negotiated with the manufacturer to match prices we had found elsewhere, and pickup was straightforward. Their showroom is packed with gorgeous options, and the staff was all extremely responsive, pleasant, and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with Bruno and JT, and we are very happy with the final product. We would absolutely come back to Architessa for future projects—we have a bathroom we will need to do at some point and they will be first on our list for tile/flooring. Can’t recommend them highly enough."
"My experience with AC was a mix. When I first went into the shop they couldn't have been more helpful. My designer was very knowledgable and generous with his time, he was even kind enough to stop by my home (which is not something they normally do as part of the design service). He was in my neighborhood and was willing to make an exception and briefly stop by, and I appreciated that a lot. I placed my order (the tiles cost a fortune, but I do expect that when it comes to a quality product along with a premium service). However, my husband and I had a change of heart about the direction we'd gone in (it happens! we're human!). It was our first time doing a home renovation and the whole process is SO much harder than we had anticipated. There are countless decisions to make with a home reno (and you're under pressure to make some of these decisions very quickly because of contractor deadlines) and sometimes you realize you have made a wrong decision. We realized the color we had chosen wasn't going to work with other color choices we'd made in our home. At this point, the whole energy/attitude towards us at AC just changed. They were willing to go through the motions of asking production to pause (fortunately production had not begun) while we selected a different color but I felt a little uncomfortable going in the store at that point and frankly just not particularly welcome. The manner of my designer just felt different. He didn't seem as interested in helping me and wasn't responding to me as promptly has he had done before we made our initial purchase (even though I was under tremendous pressure to get an order in to meet my contractor's deadline). My husband and I sort of felt a bit "on our own" at that point and so we gave up in the end and just pointed at a pretty random white tile and said "we'll go with that one". I left the experience feeling disappointed. The tiles turned out to be excellent quality but I'm not sure that I would have gone such an expensive route if I'd know I was going to end up with simple white tiles. For that kind of pricing and service I imagined that the care and service would go beyond the "click purchase" button, but in all truth that wasn't my experience. I suppose I would say that if you're going to go with AC make sure you aren't a difficult, or indecisive customer like we ended up being."
