Ever since I established ADC Construction here in DC, I have been relying on SW for my business needs. They have been instrumental in assisting me with numerous projects, especially when it comes to sourcing special paints that may be difficult to find on my own. Previously, I used to visit the Franklin St store, where I first had the pleasure of meeting George. George's presence truly set the standard for the level of service I have come to appreciate from SW. When George transferred to the store near H St, I made the decision to relocate my business to this location as well. Compared to my past experiences at this particular store, which were not always satisfactory, I have noticed a significant improvement in service and overall experience with George at the helm. I am eager to witness the continuous growth and enhancement of this store as I continue to be a loyal customer."

"I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this location's customer service. I called them at 7:30 AM, and after someone picked up, they put me on hold and never returned to the phone. I waited for over 45 minutes until the automated system hung up on me. During this time, I managed to take a shower, get dressed, and eat breakfast, and they still didn't respond. At 9 AM, I decided to go down to the location since it was nearby. When I walked in, no associate greeted me. I waited for 15 minutes, and then I had to assert myself to get assistance. This experience was so frustrating that I will never do business with this location again. It took them so long to serve me that I almost lost my job, spending over two hours just to buy paint. In contrast, the Sherwin Williams store in Georgetown offers a far better experience. They greet you when you walk in, don't make you wait excessively, and efficiently serve their customers. It's by far the best Sherwin Williams store in DC."

This time, I listened to Brandon's advice on color, sheen, paint quality, knowing it'll be a better choice. He was gracious, though I came just before the store closed causing him to stay late.
