"Wait times are long was told contacts would arrive in a week been waiting a month now and can’t see. Definitely ask for a months supply or have glasses ready because orders are SLOW to arrive and overpriced for not being express or shipped in a timely manner wouldn’t pay that price again if it took a month plus to get anything, ** month update called back wprker misspelled my address somehow misspelled autumn with an H lol and they don't even have a tracking number for my order lost my contacts in the mail after waiting a month and having me pay 500 for them just to misspell the street and lost them, wait tines and prices for the waukiry of service aren't worth it don't wate time here had to cuss them out just for any real answers on my order"

"Horrible company with a horrible customer service team. My wife was lied to in the store and told it was their policy to only accept 1 insurance even though they were made aware of our 2 policys before the appointment. I was then told the same thing by the customer care rep but then had a second one tell me it isn't actually a policy of theirs at all. Their fix to get my wife the glasses she actually wanted was to give them more money instead of going somewhere else where the glasses were half the price as myeyedr. Do not waste your money with this horrible company. Go somewhere that they respect customers enough to not lie to them."

"I think the yelp reviews are more accurate and I wish I had seen them. This place is incredibly expensive even with insurance… Ive paid less for many years in the past without insurance. Then I was told several things about my contact prescription (it wasnt changing, then it did change). Also my contacts were ordered incorrectly only one eye was ordered because I was told my prescription was now the same in both eyes and it was in-fact different. Just a very strange experience."

I never felt like she was bored or rushing me. I felt she genuinely cared about me and my new choice for glasses. Everyone here was exceptional, from checking in to paying. Each person was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this place."
