"The online appointment scheduling was convenient and they keep me updated on my status. Once I arrived I only waited maybe 15 minutes and was take into an exam room and waited less than 10 minutes for the doctor. Doctor was thorough, answered my questions and even called in Flonase when I mentioned I had not gotten a refill from my primary doctor yet. I never felt rushed despite being a holiday weekend. I had previously visited this center for what I thought was UTI symptoms and the doctor I saw at that time was thorough as well. She was spot on when she recognized that I may have a kidney stone. Further testing with the nephrologist confirmed her diagnosis. I feel very confident not only in the physicians but the staff as well who have been pleasant and efficient. "Made an appointment in the morning before they opened for late afternoon. I understand that the time selected is approximate, and staffing can be an issue, but I got a call 4 minutes before the appointment arrival time (while on my way there with a toddler) saying they were understaffed and had a three-hour wait time. If I had to do it again, I’d call about current wait time before heading out rather than counting on online scheduling in advance."

"I can't say enough great things about this facility! I had to go to Urgent Care for an emergency visit for my knee and even with no appointment scheduled, on a Friday, I only waited 40 minutes to be seen. Several X-rays and a brief discussion with the doctor had me there for about an hour and a half total. This Monday morning, I had to visit the Orthopaedic side of the practice. This time I had an appointment scheduled and was back to see the doctor within ten minutes of my scheduled appointment. The staff and doctors here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My check-in and check-out processes, both times, were quick and seamless. I HIGHLY recommend WVU Urgent Care. If you're looking for quality care, come here. The first impression is a lasting one, as they say, and mine was phenomenal. I'll definitely be back as needed!"
