"The front office manager needs desperate work on her people skills. She was condescending to patients and staff alike and I was made to feel I should be grateful to her that I be seen. Even though I had been referred by the hospital, I had to wait a week for an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was billed and payment was required BEFORE I was allowed to see the doctor. How do you bill for a visit before the doctor sees you??? The reason I was told was that I have a high deductible on my insurance. Pretty sure the hospital stay covered that issue! Would absolutely not recommend anyone to this office while this woman is in charge."
