"I'm a month late on posting this review.... I walked in knowing only what I was told to get. As I entered, I was greeted, after the employee finished with the previous customer, then he helped me. I explained what I wanted and what it was used for. He advised of the paint that I should use, which would be better and I took his word for it.He then went into detail to explain the difference in the paint, which I greatly appreciated because I knew nothing about it. He went above and beyond to make sure I had what was needed and that I was satisfied. His name is Anton and he deserves to be acknowledged. We need plenty more of him in these stores. Customer service should be a plus in the stores these days, and his customer service is A+ from me. Keep up the excellent work Anton!!"

"Their website says they open at 7am. I showed up at 7:15 and the store was closed. Waited until 7:30 and still no one. They're getting 1 star because I didn't even get to shop because their staff didn't feel like opening on time."

"The best location is here! Over a year ago, when my dad and I completed a sizable inside painting project, I should have posted a review. We had to make a lot more trips than we anticipated because we needed different materials and more paint. The rooms we painted still look fantastic, and we received a lot of advise and skill-sharing. I'm leaving the review since I'm starting a second major renovation that will involve many colors and my children's rooms, and I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. I know I can rely on them here when I need further guidance."

"Glad to have a paint store in Ivy City but hours are unreliable and inaccurate (on Google maps). I'm here at 4:08 pm on Friday and the store is closed yet Google indicates the store should be open until 5 pm. It's unclear to me whether this store is still in operation. Hours are not posted, either."
