"This was our first time today visiting this store and Mr. Ian knew right away which bike my daughter needed. It's a wonderful Trek bike we got for a fraction of the original price and it's in amazingly good shape. My daughter is over the moon and riding really well on it. Ian was helpful and super knowledgeable, he even offered to service my little one's bike to make sure it's safe and helped me load the new bike onto the bike rack. Great experience all around!"
