Carlos at this Sherwin Williams location has been so helpful to me, advising me on alternative paints, asking me questions about what is to be painted, and even volunteering to check other stores' inventory and calling other stores to locate the product for me. "Ran in on a whim to grab a few paint samples. I felt bad knowing they were closing in a few minutes and told the gentleman working that I would be quick! He said it wasn't a problem at all, asked what I was looking for, helped me find it easily, and even told me that there was a sale coming up in a few days. He said even if I hadn't decided on a color, I could buy the paint and have it tinted later (a tip I never knew about!). I did end up coming back during the sale, had another very helpful associate who offered to carry the paint out to my car after ringing me up. Great customer service!"
